National and International Call To Tender n° 02 - DG – 2004
The National Company of Non Ferrous mining Products and useful substances (ENOF) are issuing an open national and International call to tender for:
The search for a partner in the exploitation and development of its Mostaganem
and Maghnia bentonite deposits.
The partnership sought will take the form of a participation in the capital of
the Bentonite Company of Algeria “Bental Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of ENOF.
The companies interested in the present Call to tender are requested to obtain
the Schedule of conditions and requirements from the General Management of ENOF
at the address indicated above, after the payment of 5000 dinars or its
equivalent in foreign currency.
- In the case of payments in Algerian dinars :
Either by transfer in favour of Enof Spa : acct. No 640 300 300 034 - 57
National Bank of Algeria Bordj El Kiffan Agency or by a cash deposit to the
General Management head office (address as above) who will issue a receipt.
- In the case of a transfer in foreign currency :
by a transfer in favour of ENOF : acct. No 640 310 010 012 - 96 National Bank of
Algeria Bordj El Kiffan gency.
The tenders established in conformity with the Schedule of conditions and
requirements, and containing the administrative documents required, should be in
3 copies enclosed in two sealed envelopes.
The outside envelope should be impersonal and made out only to the address, with
the following mention:
Open National and International Call to Tender No 2-DG-2004
"do not open"
The offers have to be deposited at the adress indicated above. The limited date
for the deposit of the tenders is the 28th february
